Lipotype is excited to announce its participation in the upcoming International Lipidomics Society (ILS) Lipidomics Forum, taking place in Vienna, Austria, from August 27th to 30th, 2023.
The event will bring together leading experts and professionals in the field of lipidomics. We are proud to have members of our team including Dr. Kai Schuhmann, and Dr. Olya Vvedenskaya, Dr. Christian Klose, and Klaudia Steckel in attendance.
Dr. Kai Schuhmann, Senior Scientist at Lipotype, is one of the scheduled speakers for the tutorial session on Wednesday morning from 9:00 to 10:00 am (T25). He will present a novel mathematical model for integrating MS/MS data that enables ” Accurate Lipid Quantification without Fragmentation Errors.” Beyond sharing his knowledge, he is keen to exchange ideas with other scientists, delve into discussions on the latest advances in lipidomics, foster new collaborations, and discuss Lipotype’s comprehensive services.
During the lunch break on Monday, August 28, 2023, from 12:45 to 13:45, our Scientific Communications Officer, Dr. Olya Vvedenskaya, will be hosting a special onboarding meeting for new members of the Clinical Lipidomics Interest Group (CLIG) of ILS. This interactive session will offer a prime opportunity for networking and establishing connections within the clinical lipidomics community.
In addition to our active participation, Lipotype is honored to contribute to the recognition of excellence in scientific contributions at the event. We proudly support the awards for both the best scientific poster and the best scientific talk, underscoring our commitment to promoting outstanding research in the field.
