Using principal component analysis (PCA) and orthogonal partial least squares – discriminant analysis (OPLS-DA), LipotypeZoom PRO gives you a quick overview of your entire project and enables detailed analysis with statistical tests (t-test, Wilcoxon) in paired and unpaired variants. To decipher complex lipid patterns from various lipid structure features such as saturation, chain length and hydroxylation, LipotypeZoom PRO provides you with a fully-fledged enrichment analysis that can be tailored exactly to your needs. Whether you’re interested in KEGG-pathways, Rhea-reactions or feature analysis, we’ve got you covered. What’s more, you can also export plots to share your results with others to speed up decision-making. LipotypeZoom PRO is accessible via internet browser for 6 months after delivery of the results.
