New lipidomics data reports are now available

As of May, we began rolling out our fully overhauled lipidomics data reports. After months of intensive work, the data science team incorporated many improvements – from clear design, to new analyses, reworked data structure, and much more.


the most significant improvements

  • Design: completely overhauled design for more consistency, more clarity, and better overview
  • Analyses: improvements to missing values in PCAs, total fatty acids profiles, and reworked feature-rich plots
  • Data Structure: improved the lipid nomenclature segment, added IDs for alternative nomenclatures, and added links to further lipid databases
  • Data Files: improved machine readability, now MS Excel files, and new tabs for new information
  • Publishing: new MS Word file with a pre-written text for copying into your publication’s materials and methods section
